Tours are offered from Monday to Thursday:

• Friday at 10:00 and 12:00

Payment for the tour is made on the day of the tour in cash or by card.

No, the factory does not have a store, so the products are not sold to visitors.

It is forbidden to bring your own food and drinks into the factory without permission.

• If arriving by car or bus: The group leader must go to the security office before the tour starts and fill out a form with information about the school, number of children and adults, and the group leader’s name and signature. While formalities are being completed, other group members wait in the bus or near it in the Orkla parking lot. The guide will be informed once the form is completed and will meet the group to explain the factory rules.
• If arriving without a car or bus: The group leader must visit the security office to complete the necessary form before the tour starts. Other group members should wait by the bike racks or in a safe area without obstructing traffic. The guide will be informed once the form is completed and will meet the group to go over the rules.
